What is Rope Face Lifting (French Lift)

Thread facelift is one of the aesthetic applications used to remove sagging and wrinkles on the skin.
Thanks to the special threads placed in the subcutaneous connective tissue, it makes the skin look more vigorous, tense and young.
The threads used can be awned or straight.

The area where the sagging occurs is determined.
Depending on the decrease in elasticity, the amount of thread to be used and the area of the skin to be applied are decided.
The skin is cleaned to protect it from infections.
Local anesthesia is applied from the designated areas where the rope suspension will be applied.
With a thin cannula, the threads are applied 4-5mm below the skin.

Threads used in thread facelift aesthetics are of polyoxanone (PDO-Polydioxanone) structure used in surgeries.
These threads begin to melt 6-9 months after they are placed on the body.
It does not cause any allergies in the body.

Make up, care etc. for the first few days. should not be done.
The face should not be washed for the first 12 hours, the face should not be touched as much as possible.
In case of pain in patients with sensitive skin, painkillers can be used under the control of the doctor.
Ice can be applied against swelling, edema and bruising, provided that it is not direct.
Antibiotic cream recommended by the doctor can be applied to the points where the needle enters and exits, if necessary, against the possibility of infection.
The first week should not lie on the face. If possible, lie on your back.
For the first 1 month, applications such as harsh facial care, scrub, spa, sauna should be avoided.
It is especially desirable to minimize chin movements immediately after thread face lift aesthetics.

The most obvious effects in thread facelift aesthetics are seen in the first 3 months.
The PDO threads used begin to be melted by the body in approximately 6-9 months.
When these threads are melted by the body, collagen production is triggered at the same time.
In this way, the skin continues to look vigorous and lively.
Total effects continue for approximately 18-24 months.
In this process, the patient can also have applications such as botox and filling.
These practices will positively affect the person’s appearance.
The patient can have French Lift Aesthetics again when needed. (Except for rupture, a few years is not recommended if possible.)

Although the threads used in french facelift aesthetics are very thin, they are strong enough to carry the skin easily. They do not break easily.
It is not possible to receive a hard blow from the outside or to break in situations other than an accident.
If there is a situation such as rupture, a facelift with a thread can be performed again.

No sutures are placed on the face in thread facelift aesthetics and it does not leave any traces.
